Yeah, MUCH cooler!

The best is, one can lead discussions about different topics separately, so even a newcomer instantly knows what people are talking about.   ;)  However, the administrators (aspecially Peter as the webmaster in charge) have to learn a lot of new things and be VERY carefull about what buttons they are clicking on...  ;D ;D ;D

Peter,  this is a test posting to see if the image I uploaded -  it was BIGGGGGG- - will show up. Please delete this when you see it.  also refer to my email re the big file.

After posting, Peter, the pic I uploaded as avitar, did not show up. Don't know why.  Is this the problem that the user is having in trying to upload?

Hi Jim

Yes, that is exactly the problem in question.  I am going to go out and check permissions. At one point early on I set some membership levels to be allowed to while others were not (e.g. guests should not be allowed to upload avatars, should they?)... I am wondering if some of these settings got "crossed" which may be causing the problem?  Will delete the file. Can you send me an e-mail with the file name? Thanks
