The Trevor Project (http://www.thetrevorproject.org/default.aspx) is a nonprofit endeavor established to promote acceptance of gay and questioning teenagers, and to aid in suicide prevention among that group.
The project's centerpiece is, of course, their free and confidential helpline (866.488.7386) which is geared toward helping those in crisis, or those wanting information on how to help someone in crisis.
