# 3) What is the difference between a "forum member" and a "group member"?

Q: Is this only for group members? I am a forum member (and don't exactly know what the difference is) and I cannot find any discussion on by-laws.

A: We use the same platform for both our association and for the general forum. People who want peer-in and join the discussion without further obligations can participate in discussions and get involved. As we of course allso debate over some internal (mostly organizatorial) matters, there exists also an area where only members of the association have access. Most debates there deal with document drafts before they can be dismissed to the public in general. No secrets therefore, just unfinished paperwork.

Forum member = participation in the open Forum, no access to interna.
Group member = participation in the open Forum + access to interna.
External member = participation in the open forum, no access to interna.  Initially created for shy official representatives of "foreign powers". ;D
Guest = participation only in the "Coral Sea Caffeé".
