All newly registered members of the forum are "Newbies." The category is based upon the number of posts a member has made. Once a member has posted 3 replies to existing topics, that member automatically becomes a "Jr. Member."

To limit spam posts, newly-registered members may not create new topics. They may respond to existing topics only. The restriction ends when the user becomes a Jr. Member and the user will then be able to start new topics as well as respond to existing ones.

Spam posts are not permitted in the forum.
