# 6) Activation or password reminder does not work?

Q: I didn't receive any activation e-mail! The "password reminder" also seems not to function well???

A: First, check your "bulk" folder or wherever your spam filter shifts e-mails suspected of being spam - probably you will find your activation e-mail there. Generally, it can take up to an hour that an e-mail is sent from our server - nothing helps, you are just expected to wait.  :Y

If more than 6 h went along, and you still have not received anything from us - then, please, inform our staff via forum@gayrepublic.org and describe the problem - we will help!   :L
