[..] On another hand, objects of property to conserve are likely to influence us in the sense of being, precisely and politically, conservative. And thus to compromise with our "protectors".Up to the point of renouncing the very idea of self-determination ? I am asking the question.
K6, why "renouncing the very idea of self-determination"? What is usually understood under "property" in the western legal concept is the endorsment to exercise power over a certain piece of land and objects on it. And power is what we are lacking, right? To me, self-determination is not an abstract political construction, but the endorsement to perform actions in the way
we want them to be - this includes functioning gay infrastructure and self-organization.
The highest degree of self-determination will be achieved in the gay state - when and if such a state will be established. All the legal conceptions in this state will be subject of gay legislation (and it is not said that the majority will refuse the conservative approach.) On the other hand, the vaste gay masses will not emigrate to the gay state, therefore we must as well have certain conceptions for how to "embed" these individuals in Diaspora (indeed the
majority of our people) into gay cultural life. While we can choose of course the "Polish" way of sabotage and total refusal of cooperation in countries with open war against gays, there is no sensible reason to apply the same tactics in more or less democratic countries like modern Poland.
In the first place, we must be clear about our objectives: do we want to elevate our people to the highest possible level of cultural developement or are we primarily fxed on fighting heterosexuals? It is obvious that the answer to this question will depict
very different strategies for dealing with the "hethro regime" and its legal framework.
